Movement into Meditation

Movement into Meditation explores how yoga postures when practiced in a specific sequence, create the condition for meditation to arise without effort. 

Combined with focused attention to the body’s subtle energy (Qi), this practice opens the gateway to a profound meditative experience.  From this state of stillness arises the intelligence and inner wisdom which comes from deep inner listening.

There is no replacement for direct experience.  Discover through practice how these intentional sequences along with the energy cultivation techniques of Qi Gong give way to a state of calm clarity, vitality, and renewal.

  • Vinyasa Krama (posture sequence with a goal)
  • Qi Gong (energy cultivation)
